WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING TIMES?

Our opening times are 9:30am-5:00pm Monday-Saturday, and we are closed on Bank holidays and on select days over Christmas. If you’re wanting to sell, part exchange, or drop off an item for repair we suggest coming at least 30 minutes before closure so we have time to deal with your request.

WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO TRAVEL TO THE SHOP?

The closest train station Manchester Piccadilly is just 5 minutes walk from the shop, and the nearest tram stop Piccadilly Gardens is only 2 minutes away. Though there is no parking directly outside the shop, there are a number of car parks in the area should you prefer to drive. A map of our location is available here.

DO YOU ONLY DEAL IN USED EQUIPMENT?

99% of our stock is used, however we do get unused/new items in on occasion.
Rest assured that everything that comes through our doors is throughly inspected and tested before it can go on our shelves, or before it’s listed on our online shop or eBay store.

DO YOU DEVELOP FILM OR DO PRINTS?

We stock film, but we don’t do any developing nor printing. We do however recommend a small independent lab based on John Dalton Street, in Manchester, called Advanced Photo.

HOW CAN I BE SURE AN ITEM IS COMPATIBLE WITH MY SETUP?

Compatibility isn’t always obvious; older Fuji film lenses don’t fit newer Fuji digital cameras for example. If unsure get in touch before your purchase. This avoids disappointment as well as unnecessary postage and return costs.

HOW MUCH WILL POSTAGE BE?

As a rough guide a 35mm camera would cost around £6.00 for Mainland UK, £15.00 for Europe, and £20.00 Worldwide. If buying online postage costs are viewable calculated on checkout. If you’d like a quote please get in touch via our contact page.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We try our best to make delivery as fast as possible, but delivery duration can change based on a number of factors. As a rough guide most weekday purchases will be delivered within 2-3 business days for Mainland UK, 4-5 business days for Europe, and up to 7-14 business days for Worldwide. If you want a specific delivery date or need your package in a hurry please get in touch via our contact page.

CAN I SAVE ON DELIVERY IF I BUY MULTIPLE ITEMS?

Some items can be packaged together reducing packing and postage costs. Please note however that some items cannot be packaged together. Postage costs are calculated and viewable on checkout.

CAN I SAVE ON DELIVERY BY COLLECTING AT THE SHOP?

Yes of course. It’s better for the environment and, with no postage costs, much better for your pocket! Be aware our opening times are 9:30am-5:00pm Monday-Saturday, and we are closed on Bank holidays and on select days over Christmas.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can view your order status, along with tracking number here. Please note that some worldwide shipping cannot be tracked.
