Canon New F-1 Body W/ Standard prism finder – Slow speeds not working

• A New F-1 in good cosmetic condition
• Showing only minor signs or age and use
• Light meter fully tested and functions well
• Shutter speeds 15th of a second and above fully working without faulty but slower speeds sadly not working. speeds 8th and lower are controlled by the internal electronics, which appear to not be responding with shutter speeds. Meter is however working as intended. any speeds used below 15th seem to shoot at 60th/125th
• Seals in Great condition.
• Camera has been film tested and working well, despite slower speeds issue.
• Camera comes as seen with front body cap
