SERIAL:

• A desirable, late, enlarger made by DURST: the AC 707 Autocolour
• This offers the possibility of enlarging from 35mm up to 6x7cm formats, something not all enlargers offer, & contains a built-in timer
• The colour head allows setting of the three primary colours for colour enlarging,
• Multigrade printing uses just Magenta & Yellow, more magenta for harder contrast, more yellow for a softer tone. Grades 0 to 5 are available, continuously variable
• B&W printing merely uses white light, no colours used
• Fully checked and fully working; 12v 100w lamp working well, all surfaces cleaned
• Comes with remote sensor included, contains start button for timed exposures
• This example comes with a 55(D) x 50(W)cm baseboard and a maximum 112cm column height
• Versatile movements, head can be swung through 90 degrees or taken off completely.
• Lens stage offers movements of shift and tilt too
• Comes with opaque and red filters
• Comes with an excellent lens for 35mm negatives: a Durst Neotaron (by Rodenstock)  50mm f/2.8. Optics are clean and clear, no visible fault/s
• Agfa Magnolar (Made in Japan) 80mm f/5.6 lens for medium format negatives.
• Optics are clean and clear, no visible fault/s
• Negative carrier holds up to 6×7 format negatives, has glass both top and bottom, top is Anti-Newton Rings (ANR). All 4 sliding masks work well so 35mm could be done with this or look for a set of 35mm Durst masks (sold on eBay) to replace the glasses
• Further masks and glasses are available for the negative carrier online
• Comes with a 3-Pin UK Mains plug as standard, the transformer is built into the column bracket
• We have timers, dev dishes, thermometers, washers, dryers, focus finders and a myriad other things for darkrooms – just ask!
• Collection welcomed from our shop in Liverpool
• Delivery is possible at fuel cost expense (50 mpg)
• Posting isn’t easily feasible with something this large and heavy, but please enquire and discuss, get in touch with us at our shop, we’re amenable…
